Do you actually know how you look while you are treating a patient? Have you ever let anyone take pictures of you while you work? You might be surprised to see how truly contorted you are for extended periods of time without your awareness.
This CE webinar will give you an overview of some of the many challenges we are faced with each day and make suggestions on how to overcome them. We will look at our seated positions while treating our patients, our patients’ positioning in the chair, where we reach to get what we need, as well as a multitude of other issues. Let’s figure out how to eliminate the negative repetitions and replace them with positive approaches.
Upon completion of this CE webinar, the participant will be able to answer the following questions: 1. Do you have an operator stool that fits you? 2. Can you get your patient seated in a way that you can see & work? Can your assistant see what they need to see to effectively retract and suction? 3. Do you use the articulating head rest on your chair 4. Where are the controls, handpieces and instruments?
